Yes, you must bring a valid request form signed by a doctor to get your tests done.

Results go to your doctor. Please book a follow-up appointment to discuss them (we don't give results over the phone).

Most common tests are bulk billed. Some specialized tests may have a fee, which the collector will tell you about.

Yes, we can perform urine drug screening for employment purposes with the correct referral.
