Victa Health Billing Policy Summary

Billing is at the discretion of the tenant doctors and is subject to change.  All fees are payable on the day by EFTPOS / Credit Card / Cash. A medicare rebate will be directly deposited back into your nominated account using Easy Claim.

Fees apply to all procedures and treatments other than consultations.

  • Discounted fees may apply to Pensioners, Commonwealth Seniors, and health Care cardholders.
  • Your doctor will discuss this with you.
  • Phone Consultations to be scheduled with the receptionist, with a Medicare rebate where eligible. Weekend/After 5 pm Consultations are privately billed.

Cancellation and failure to attend policy

Please note, there will be a fee payable if you fail to attend your appointment.
A prior notice/ request to cancel must occur at least 2 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time.

Non attendance or late cancellation will incur fees as below

  • $40 for Standard Consultations
  • $60 for Long Consultations

Fees will vary if this is for procedures and various treatments.
