Billing Policy
Billing is at the discretion of tenant doctors and subject to change
All fees are payable on the day by EFTPOS / Credit Card / Cash.
A medicare rebate will be directly deposited back in to your nominated account using easy claim.
- For all Consultations with doctors
- Private billing with Medicare rebate applicable where eligible.
Medicare rebates are rebated immediately.
- All adults 16 and over (Without concession/pension card)
- Weekends and Public Holidays, Before 8 am and after 5 PM
- Employment related medicals/Vaccinations
- Private and Commercial Driving License medicals
- Insurance Medicals
- Please note private billing with no Medicare rebate is applicable for the below
( this is not an exclusive list as changes with Medicare policies occur regularly, always check with clinic at the time of booking) - Recreational/sport fitness/racing/trotting/marine work-related medicals
- Employment related consultations and /or blood test requests
- Workplace Injuries/incidents needing medical input.
Please provide your ICWA/Work cover claim number before you attend. If this is not available kindly note you will be charged privately on the day and reimbursement will occur directly to you from ICWA/Work.
$10 discount applies to: Healthcare card holders and all other pension card holders other than aged pension card holders.
Bulk billing/No gap fees
- No gap payment is applied to children below the age of 16 years of age,Aged pension card Holders for all general consulations,Care Plans and health Assessments only.
- Bulk billing is applied to Health assessment for people aged people aged 75 years and older, ATSI health checks.
- Bulk billing where eligibility is determined by your doctor after an initial consult for those aged 45-49 years who are at risk of developing chronic disease.
- Bulk billing applicable after a type 2 diabetes risk evaluation for people aged 40-49 years with a high risk of developing type 2 diabetes as determined by the Australian Type 2 Diabetes Risk Assessment Tool.
- DVA Gold Card Holders (Conditions Apply)
- Discuss with the team about long term desensitisation injections/INR checks
Fees apply to all procedures and treatments other than consultations.
Discounted fees may apply to Pensioners, Commonwealth Senior and health Care card holders. Your doctor will discuss this with you.
Phone Consultations to be scheduled with reception with Medicare rebate where eligible.
Weekend/After 5 pm Consultations are privately billed.
Cancellation and failure to attend policy
Please note, there will be a fee payable if you fail to attend your appointment.
A prior notice/ request to cancel must occur at least 2 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time.
Non attendance or late cancellation will incur fees as below
- $40 for Standard Consultations
- $60 for Long Consultations
Fees will vary if this is for procedures and various treatments.
